Tombstones of Providence Cemetery, a commemorative edition, was published for the Sesquicentennial celebration June 2, 1991.

Working from new information discovered during the renovation of the cemetery - and from additional information received later, the Providence Cemetery Record Book Committee felt it was important that the commemorative edition be revised and updated.

this is the fourth edition containing names and dates as they appear on the tombstones.  Also, the history of the cemetery has been further researched and updated, and it is included, along with an updated listing of veterans interred in the cemetery.

Periodically, changes may be necessary, and they will be published in updated editions.
